We collect information you provide directly: name, email, phone, resume, work history, and company information. We also collect usage data including pages viewed, features used, and search queries.

2. How We Use Information

Your information is used to provide the platform services: matching candidates with jobs, VantageScreen analysis, facilitating communication between employers and candidates, and processing payments.

3. Data Sharing

Candidate profile information is shared with employers only after the candidate applies or accepts employer interest. Background check data is sent directly to Checkr and never stored on Vantage servers.

4. Data Security

All data is encrypted at rest (Firebase) and in transit (HTTPS). Payment information is handled exclusively by Stripe. We implement rate limiting and fraud detection to protect user accounts.

5. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Contact privacy@vantagerecruiter.com for data requests. We comply with GDPR and CCPA requirements.

We use essential cookies for authentication and preferences. Analytics cookies are used with your consent to improve the platform experience.
