1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Vantage Recruiter, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. Employers must verify their business identity. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

3. Employer Obligations

Employers agree to respond to all applications within 14 days, pay all click fees when due, and accurately represent their job listings including salary ranges.

4. Candidate Obligations

Candidates agree to provide accurate information in their profiles and applications. Misrepresentation may result in account suspension.

5. VantageScreen

VantageScreen evaluates candidates based on skills, experience, and job requirements only. No demographic data is used in screening decisions.

6. Payment Terms

All payments are processed through Stripe. Click fees are billed daily. Unpaid invoices after 14 days result in account suspension.
